Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-08 · Operator: Blueprint, New York 1st, US

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to Blueprint at trybp.page and app.trybp.page. By selecting “Accept Terms and continue,” you enter an agreement with Blueprint and confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the authenticated service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Blueprint for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service and account access

Blueprint generates, publishes, revises, and provides source downloads for static websites. At launch, the supported output is a single HTML file. Authentication is provided by Cloudflare Access through Google or passwordless email. Blueprint does not issue or store a password.

Your account is associated with the verified email supplied by Cloudflare Access. You may not share access, impersonate another person, create accounts to evade limits, or interfere with authentication.

3. Credits and generation attempts

  • Each new account receives 50 welcome credits once.
  • Welcome credits do not expire, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
  • Each generation attempt costs 10 credits.
  • Credits are reserved when Blueprint accepts the task.
  • If no Mosoo Run is created, the reservation is returned.
  • Once a Mosoo Run starts, the 10 credits are spent even if the attempt fails, needs more input, produces an unusable result, or does not publish.

Blueprint offers one fixed credit purchase: 100 credits for a total price of USD 10.00 including applicable taxes. Waffo processes the order as the online reseller and Merchant of Record. One completed order grants the credits once. If that order is fully refunded, the granted credits remain unchanged. Purchased credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.

4. Your content and public sites

You retain any rights you have in prompts, files, text, images, code, and other material you provide. You represent that you have all rights needed to use that material and to direct Blueprint to process and publish it.

You grant Blueprint and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, modify, process, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Generated sites are public to anyone who has or discovers their trybp.page address. Do not publish confidential or sensitive data.

As between you and Blueprint, you may use generated output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI-generated material may not be unique and other users may receive similar output.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Blueprint to create, distribute, facilitate, or promote:

  • illegal activity, fraud, phishing, scams, malware, or credential theft;
  • content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • harassment, exploitation, threats, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual content involving minors;
  • deceptive impersonation, evasion of sanctions, or regulated activity without required authorization;
  • automated account creation, credit farming, limit circumvention, service disruption, or unauthorized security testing.

We may block generation, remove public content, preserve evidence, suspend access, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, or the safety of others requires it.

6. Generated output

Blueprint uses automated systems and third-party AI services. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and lawfully using every result before relying on or promoting it.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

The service may be changed, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a completion time, permanent hosting, or recovery of deleted data. You should download any source you need to keep.

You may stop using Blueprint at any time. You may request account or content deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, legal risk, security risk, nonpayment, or material violation of these Terms.

8. Blueprint property

Blueprint, the service software, branding, documentation, and related technology remain the property of Blueprint or their respective licensors. These Terms do not grant rights to Blueprint trademarks or service infrastructure.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUEPRINT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprint will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, reputation, or opportunities. Blueprint’s aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of US $50 or the amount paid for Blueprint credits in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent allowed.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in New York, United States. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow 30 days to try to resolve it informally.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. If a material change requires renewed acceptance, the authenticated service will ask you to accept the new version before starting another generation. Continued use after any required acceptance means the new Terms apply.
